A third of British children are overweight or obese. This two-part series asks how the epidemic happened and what can be done. With access to some of the busiest children's hospitals in Britain, the programme seeks answers from doctors and surgeons about why our children are so unhealthy, and also challenges the parents who are struggling to improve their kids' nutrition and fitness.
