Miss Chiff

Miss Chiff is a chaotic, jester-like clown antagonist sporting a wide grin and striped horns. Her goal is to stage the greatest comedy show of all time—and to do so, she plans to "recruit" (or rather, kidnap) all 12 million of the city's inhabitants to serve as her audience. Before she can execute her plan, her past catches up with her. She is tracked down by her former criminal gang, led by her ruthless rival, Mr. Demeanor. They intend to either bring her back into the fold or eliminate her.
