Rachel's Coastal Cooking

In a new series Rachel takes to the road and sets out along the southern and western coast of Ireland in search of local produce and seafood, foraging and, at times, battling wind and rain. Rachel cooks as she goes, for her crew and participants, usually outside in the elements. This series takes Rachel away from the kitchen and plays to her natural curiosity and sense of fun.
